If we're not doing any new buyins and just letting the remaining tickets play out for the original players, plus using any minor winnings for a couple more shots, there shouldn't be any issues in my view.
Since it seems like we get a lottery drawing of > $400 million a few times a year at the absolute minimum, personally I think the money should be held over and spent when the drawing is higher again.
Just my thought on it. Id rather you do that than spend it on $15 million lotteries. Not really concerned either way.

Of course it won't be such a drag if we win $$$ but there's a better chance of CasioTech gracing the cover of GQ but we'll take our chances.
