I normally don't get tickets because I lose the tickets and forget to check them.

Hell I may won millions and didn't cash in.

Anyway now if I win I will automatically get notified.

Only Illinois residents can play.

In fact they go through great lengths to verify your location.

For example if you only have an Internet connection via phone service they do not allow that.

Actually 10 CST hasn't happen, what has passed is 10 CDT. The drawing has already happen though, it was at 10pm CT, 8pm PDT, or 11pm EDT.
