Turn on deep fryer. Go away for ten mins. Put fries in. Wait 4 mins. Drain. Enjoy.....

washing the deep fryer afterward is a pain and having to deal with the oil. IT IS TOO MUCH WORK.

indeed. i fry once, lowish temp. drain and dry, refry at higher temp
