PSA: Sunflower seeds are dangerous

I was stuck at the ballpark all day yesterday watching my daughters team play softball. I was nervously eating sunflowers seeds the whole time.

Today I still cannot taste any food. I have guzzled about 80 oz of water and my mouth is still dry and my tongue is swollen and pasty.

Can I counteract the salt effects with sugar or something? Any medical personnel in the house?

Davids tend to fuck up my tongue when I eat a lot. Try Spitz, theres something about their salt that lets me eat a lot more.

Get the ones for bird feeders. They seem to taste the best. Don't get the mixed stuff though, the other seeds taste kinda funny. Yeah, I've tried them.

But no just get unsalted next time, it's the salt that creates that effect in your mouth.

You're eating the sunflower seeds all wrong that's why. I see so many pple just throw it in their mouth and chew it, you are suppose to split it with your mouth and only eat the seed.
