Same thing here. Ordered fans, cables, enclosures, USB3 etc. from the ebay store. Showed all shipping on the 26th. On 27th got an email of backorder. On the 28th got an email of cancelled for the full price but one part was missing. On 30th got an email of SSD enclosures have shipped with tracking?!!?

Ordered backpack from their site and same scenario. I guess we'll see what happens.

Update-So I received one email last night around 8pm with the SSD enclosure information and the charge shipped. I then received another email showing 1 of 1 package with all items in it!? WOW. Going to be like Christmas!

Soooo....I received a package today. It only contained the 3.5" SSD enclosures. Here's whats interesting:

TigerDirect sent an email stating everything cancelled and I would not be charged even though I was already billed through PayPal. The refund still has not arrived. The following day I received an email from TigerDirect stating one of my items shipped and I will be billed for that item.

The next day I receive an email from EBAY showing ALL items shipped with the same tracking number. TigerDirect sends another showing only the single item shipping.

So it seems that since those doors are closed, they are taking the money and running. They are doing a pretty good job making it look like the Ebay transaction is correct but behind the scenes screwing you over. Ill be in contact with TG and Ebay tomorrow to try to get this resolved. I have no issue paying for the item I purchased but trying to bill me twice and never refunding me for the items I did not receive is just wrong...hence, out of business for a reason. PCM is a joke.

Watch those bank statements ladies and gents!

Yeah, I made the mistake of ordering hdd enclosure for 2.99+tax. Should have known better.

I ordered on the 19th, they charged the CC the same day for $3.22, both the paypal page and CC statement show $3.22. Received cancellation email on 25th, no mention of the refund, but the order total mysteriously changed to $3.21. Obviously no refund yet.

So, how people are handling this clusterfuck?

Take it to eBay. They side with the buyer almost every time, and certainly will in a shady situation like this. Just spell it all out for them as best you can.

My situation is turning out a bit different...

Ordered 2 SSD enclosures on the 19th, used ebay BUCKS to pay (this is where it get interesting) TigerDirect also charged my Paypal account (reduction in 'bucks' and cash).
Email recieved w/ confirmation on the 20, purhcase processed, and tracking # on ebay.
Email of order Cancellation on the 25th from Tigerdirect.
Order still shows active (not canceled) on ebay w/ tracking number
Called ebay to resolve, they pushed it on TD.
Called TD to resolve, they said refunds were to be issued today 1/29.
Still no refund issued via ebay Bucks or Paypal as of today, 1/29/2016.

Kind of at a loss at this point.

Paypal refund email showed up today without any action on my part. The $50 order of Ebay bits shrank to $14 of stuff delivered.

Souvenirs arrived Jan 29th from a Jan 26th order, direct from TD, Circuit City water bottle 97c, TD web launcher/USB smart button $1.99, Tiger.CA blue polo shirt $1.39, plus the Intel T-shirt 99c, Ultra lanyard 10c, Verbatim Kindle case $2.69, & AMD A10-6800K quad core $23.99. Did ok on these TD closeout deals.

I tried a purchase (two 1TB Seagate hard drives, for $68, shipped w/ tax), directly through the Tiger Direct website, paid via Paypal. Item showed in stock at the time of order.

Two days later, got an e-mail saying my order was cancelled, due to lack of stock, and another e-mail from Paypal, stating my credit card was never charged, due to the order being cancelled/never shipped.

I'll keep an eye on that CC statement, to make sure, but looks like I got away with nothing but disappointment. Good riddance to bad rubbish, I say! :\

I just got a Paypal refund for my order on the 18th. Ebay order status changed from paid to "Unpaid", but not Cancelled. Hope Ebay doesn't decide to dock me somehow for an unpaid order.

At least I finally got a refund.

I made two orders to Tiger Direct, one on the ebay store and one from the website.

I did get both orders, but for my website order I did need to call in because for some reason the website wasn't accepting my payment.

I received the SSD enclosures but the other charges were never removed. I contacted TG and explained that I should not have been charged for the items that cancelled and the rep told me no charges were made to my account. I once again explained:

Placed order
Getting billed for entire order
TG Giving shipping date
TG Cancelled order
TG making a new order for the 1 item they did have and billing for it
TG NOT refunding the original order
TG using the original order through ebay for tracking so show everything shipped

The rep at this point said I need to contact my bank. Yea, that didn't fly. At this point I got belligerent. The rep finished with "The refund will be on your account tomorrow". Needless to say it wasn't and I opened a dispute with ebay. 24 hours later I was refunded for items I did not receive. Glad this fiasco is over with for sure.

I let it ride to see what would happen. 3 out of five cancelled, 2 delivered and shortly after the ones that were cancelled were refunded.

FYI I got refund on the 31st for the correct amount of $3.22. So at least they did right in the end by me.

It may be that they are actually attempting to do legitimate business to clean house and are simply struggling to keep up with orders/fulfillment. That's still no excuse for screwing things up and cancelling orders, but man it's gotta be bad in there.

TigerDirect is back, but the clearance deals seem to be gone. Noticed they have a large selection of inventory again.

They probably liquidated Tigerdirect inventory and now are using PCM/MacMall inventory.

Are you sure? Everything I click on says out of stock (and not just from their home page), and the closest warehouse (Jefferson) is listed as permanently closed.

Yeah, can't add anything to the cart, however I took this quote from the TD home page banner: "Coming Mid-February, The New TigerDirect Business. Prepare to DO MORE, BETTER." etc.. Probably going for business to business sales.
