Maybe they are waiting for vbulletin 4 ? Seems like a huge waste to build up around v3 with templates, then v4 come out with CSS...and have to revamp.

Yeah, I saw the beta boards a few months ago too.

With v4 in under 6 months, seems like it might be a good idea to wait and code the new boards then, but that's just my opinion. Maybe anand has a little more money to get a whole new revamp when v4 comes out, haha.
