Sounds like she needs to be fired if her eleven years of training and experience can't identify donut icing.
F'ing pigs....
Maybe if she spent a little more time in the kitchen......
Just sayin'

Then they turn around and made illegal searches okay as long as the police suspect that a person may have a warrant.Supreme Court has made that practice illegal.

Why would a cop ask to search my car?
Numerous reasons.
Among them are:
1. To see if he can find something to arrest you for. You might have a pen-knife that he can call a 'switchblade' or maybe you might have a GoPro that he can say is a dangerous weapon.
2. To justify having wrongfully stopped you in the first place. Happens all the time.
3. To intimidate you when you've caught the fucker doing something wrong.
4. To retaliate against you for not 'respeckin' mah authoritah!'
5. Because you're black.
I will just hand the cop that sheet of paper. No need to argue or be combative, or make any sudden move. With all due respect officer, I wish to invoke my 4th and 5th Amendment rights. I do not answer questions from law enforcement without my attorney present nor do I agree to a search of my person or property. I would like to leave now, am I free to go?
I have this on a business size paper in my wallet.

Good luck. Driving is supposedly a "privilege" and not a right, so therefore you have no right to an attorney regardless of what the constitution says.I have this on a business size paper in my wallet.

Have you ever used this? How did it work out?

Three days later, the State Attorney's Office in Orlando filed paperwork, saying that it was dropping the case.
Rushing, who retired after 25 years as an Orlando parks department employee, has hired a lawyer and is asking the city to pay him damages.
"I got arrested for no reason at all," he said.
He has not spelled out how much money he wants, but attorney William Ruffier says he expects to file suit next month.
The Orlando Police Department did not explain why the two drug field tests that Riggs-Hopkins conducted were wrong.
The answer to that question is basically because the tests suck and should not be used.
https://www.propublica.org/article/common-roadside-drug-test-routinely-produces-false-positives
if the tests are inadmissible in court why do persecutors rely on them? a savvy lawyer should easily get them thrown out.
What if we demand trial by combat? They can be used as "probable cause" for a search.
They are used to scare people into a plea bargain. If you plead guilty to a lessor charge the test never goes to a trial.
The system only works if most cases are plead out. If everyone demanded a jury trial the courts would grind to a halt under the load.

We've all seen too many videos of people trying to exercise their "rights". Rights are an illusion, when a big guy with a gun who can legally get away with anything wants something from you, you can't say no.
Good to have a good quality camera with you, like this guy - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwYBshAScmE
He'd be dead, otherwise.
But, of all people, shouldn't cops recognize glaze from donuts?
Not true, you can lie like a rug, though they might not like it; - nope, haven't drank a drop, Nope, I wasn't speeding, nope, never been arrested before, ETC. Heck, tomorrow, thousands of lies will be told by cops in a courtroom, so why can't you? There was a time, MANY years ago, cops could not lie to you, but times have changed.what you all are forgetting is that the Police are allowed to lie, but you are not allowed to lie to the Police..

Wow... that's pretty shitty
