I placed an order online for in~store pickup & recieved confirmation but then received another email stating that my item was not available at the store I selected.

So they are shipping my battery with free ground shipping.

I really dislike bb but they came through on this one! :thumbsup:

I've BEEN looking in BB ever since they printed a flier with the 2200mAh battery. It was actually the wrong picture. Even now that the battery is officially released, I suspect that BB is using the wrong stock photo. The BB description does not mention mAh or extended-life. I'm willing to bet that this is the standard 1800mAh battery.

Ya I was just looking at that, the item number is the Sony PSP Battery Pack
Model: PSP-110, wonder if they will honor the error and give the extended battery? Any one have experiences with best buy and if they honor advertising mistakes?

the regular battery is 1800 mAh, and this is the 2200 ,mAh, so it's obviously the extended one.
