PSU and MOBO compatibility

Does this PSU go with this MOBO and
Processor?

I have this cheap PSU and I am not very sure whether it goes with the board I have. I have all the parts ready for build and this thing is really bugging me. I would highly appreciate any help.

There's no reason that PSU won't work with that motherboard.

Looks OK To Me. Mobo is 24 pin and so is the power supply. Cheap power supplies don't last long usually, but to get your build started this will do for some time.
