PSU blown or what?

I finally got my new rig to post! THen i powered down and unplugged the PSU. An hour or so later i plugged it back in and now i get nothing. Clearly the system is not getting any power, or is it? I dont have an extra PSU to test and no volt meter. Any ideas?

The PSU is a BFG 550W (part of the 6800 GT OC bundle). This build is NOT going well...

You can also get that behavior if you've tried to overclock your motherboard and went too far. If that's the case, you might have to either manually jumper the motherboard until you get it working again or remove the CMOS battery and clear it (usually a jumper or set of contact points on the motherboard). I was messing around with one of my machines last night and got into this situation.

No OCing. I literally just got the thing to post with ram, cpu, and vid card only. Maybe youre right though, guess i will clear it and try again. Ugh...
