The VP-450 is quiet in my experience. It's a few dollars cheaper at Amazon than Newegg: link.
That unit gets very solid reviews and the only reason it's not 80+ Certified is its lack of PFC. If you can spend the extra money on the $60 Earthwatts 500W, get that. If you want to save $25, you can't beat the VP-450 for the money.
Wow, I have nearly the same setup--a 4 year old Q6600, an SSD added about a year ago and a very recently-added HD 6670. That's a great combination for the price.
Yes. That pic is from the PSU I'm using now. The VP450 also uses a 24-Pin, but it's way smaller than the one I'm using. Will it actually fit my motherboard? Maybe I didn't try to fit it hard enough.
Edit: Fixed. I didn't realize the pieces were suppose to stick together...
