PSU Questions

Hi, got a couple of questions about psu. hope u guys can help me out.

Im planning on building a new pc. Here r the stats:

ABIT NF7 V2.0 Motherboard
AMD Athlon XP2500+ 1.83GHZ 512K 333Mhz BARTON Processor (Tray)
OCZ PC-3200EL Dual-Channel 512M OCZ400512ELDC-K
VANTEC VA4-C7040 CPU Cooler
ATI AIW RADEON 32MB (might upgrade to 9700 aiw in the future)
SOUNDBLASTER LIVE VALUE
1 DVD/CDRW COMBO (not sure on which brand yet)
1 MAXTOR 160GB 8MB 7200RPM
3 MAXTOR 120GB 2MB 7200RPM
1 MAXTOR 60GB 2MB 7200RPM
1 WD 45GB 2MB 7200RPM
1 MAXTOR 40GB 2MB 7200RPM (this one might stay in the old pc since it need a hd)
1 NIC CARD
1 56K MODEM
4 or 5 80mm fans
1 floppy

Now I got a good deal on an Antec PLUS1080 AMG case(40bucks after all the coupons) which comes with a TruePower 430 PSU. Will it good enough to run my pc? If not, I think Im going to sell the 430 PSU and get the TruePower 550 PSU. btw, wats the different between the normal TruePower 550 PSU and True 550 EPS12V PSU? Hows Enermax 550W,ATX EG651P-VE FMA compare to Antec TruePower 550 PSU?

Im running all 7 hard drives on this pc right now. but it only got a p2 450 with 398mb pc133 ram. the psu is 400watts. dunno the brand of it off the top of my head, but im pretty sure its some generic psu. i got it with my case, i think i only paid 40-50 for it. so it cant be good.

I think the 430w will cut it. Anyway, since youre getting it whatever, you might aswell try it out and check the rail voltages. It will certainly handle the rest with ease, just wondering what it will make of the rather large number of HDD's there (you'll need a few splitters just for enough connectors).

EPS12V is typically for server motherboards. Also has a 24-pin motherboard connector. Pretty much if your motherboard isn't EPS12V don't bother with the True550 EPS12V. If memory serves the NF7 is not an EPS12V motherboard.
