Ok so this is my psu SILVERSTONE ST75F-P 750W ATX 12V

This is the psu in my new build, had the build since November 2010.
I have a silver stone tj09, which the psu sits at the bottom of the case.
There is a mesh at the bottom of the case for the fan to get cool air, versus getting air from inside the case.
I noticed a rattling so i figured it was just dust getting into the psu so i flipped the psu so the fan is faceing inside the case.
It made the rattling pretty much unnoticable, espcially with a headset on, but ive been noticing the rattling now when i dont have the headset on.
So tonight i took the grill off the psu and cleaned the fan, incase of dust, and blew the dust out of the psu.
I again flipped the psu so the fan is not facing the inside of the case but the rattling is still there, and once i shut down i can hear the fan stopping, as if it is hitting something but it doesnt look like the fan is actually hitting anythig or any loose wires.
Is this just a bad fan? Is there any way to fix this without having to rma?
My old psu wont be able to support my new build so if i rma i wont be able to use my pc till my psu returns.
Also im 100% sure its the psu fan because i stopped the fan while the pc was on and the rattling stopped.
