I also ordered one of these sticks of ram. Also picked up the FIC az11 + 800 duron + fan combo for $97. I ordered on Monday. I've emailed them three times since Tuesday and Friday with no response. On Friday afternoon, I finally decided to call them. It took MANY tries to finally get though, I guess they're too cheap to allow people to be put on hold. The lady on the other end seemed very nice. I asked her when my order was going to be shipped and why I haven't gotten any response to my emails. She said that my order was still being processed which should take 3-5 days from the order day, but online orders take one day extra. She assured me it would go out on Monday, and if I don't get an email confirmation by then, I should call them and ask for the UPS tracking number. And to my second question, she said "the guy" who answers the email hasn't been at this desk. These answers shocked me a bit. Online orders take one day longer than phone orders? Only one guy answering emails? These seem kind of strange for an online retailer. I was afraid to ask how many people they had answering phone calls. Anyways, hopefully I will get my stuff by the end of next week. I will post whether the ram works w/ the az11 if no one posts results of that combo before I get mine. Btw, does anyone's email receipt say residential under shipping? When I ordered, there was only one check box for residential, and none for commercial. I had the residential checked. But my email receipt says commercial. I wonder if this affected my shipping rate. I tried adding the same items to the shopping cart again to calculate the shipping. It was a few bucks cheaper than mine. Strange.
