I ordered a video card from NCIX.com on December 23rd, Next Business Day delivery courtesy of Purolator. I STILL don't have it. I've been calling them every day since Wednesday, Dec. 29th, and they keep telling me "you'll get it tomorrow"...every single f***ing time. The last 2 days were the most ridiculous though. Both days I've been told by Head Managers...no, GARUNTEED, that I'll "get it tomorrow" and it's still not here. And 3 times already, there was a "address correction required"...which seems to be their way of saying "we don't know where it is". I filled the f'in address out myself. NCIX just printed it. It doesn't need correction.
This is a complete f***in joke. I'm on the phone right now, bitching the **** out of them and they're telling me that it missed the truck and will arrive tomorrow.
Do NOT deal with these people cause you're gonna be royally screwed. And if you're a business, prepare to have some angry customers if you're shipping anything via Purolator.
