This isn't hard to understand, no HDD, no pics for the techs to look at. And as long as you aren't handing out the SD card for people to try to recover pics from that isn't a problem either.

Since she doesn't seem to know her ass from a keyboard, tell her to listen to you, as you would have no motive to spread naked pictures of her to random techs and the internet. Therefore she should trust you.
