Bleh, no I just woke up for the day. Got to sleep at some time so I had to stop posting for a bit.
Since I'm awake, here are some answers to some questions I read earlier.
1) No, I haven't seen him since. This all literally happened an hour or so before I wrote the original post. Now, today, and this very minute as I'm writing this response is my day off. I won't see him until tomorrow when I go back.
2) Yes he did pay up. Which is WHY I had TONS OF FRIKKING WITNESSES. I made sure the guy had the money in hand before we did anything and there was no way out.
3) I never thought anything bad about the "janitor" until now. I talked to him alot and thought he was funny as hell most of the time due to his crude behavior. Trust me, when you work in retail and close the place down for the night, you really get a bit irritated at the customers that you ran into during the day. The janitor too me was a mood breaker with his cracks and jokes at the end of the night for the last month. So we got along until he called me out and started turning that crude behavior to me.
4) As far as being fired for cussing in front of the manager... LOL. I think not. Hell the managers seem to cuss more then any of the employees where I work. I'm constantly telling Eric, the manager that was there both nights that this whole long event went down, to watch his language. Actually he's not that bad usually but he has to deal with one other employee that works with us that is so annoying and completely retarded that the moment Eric see's the guy he just almost starts going into a cursing fit. So why isn't the guy fired? Because we are a COMMISSION STORE and that means if you can do your job as a salesperson well enough to kick some a$$ on the sells floor, they aren't going to fire you. I'm the top guy right now on the floor. I could probably walk up to the general manager and kick him in the nuts and not get fired. Not that I'm going to try but that's how it is.
5) Why do I have a diamond file? Because my kitchen cutlery can ONLY be sharpened by it. I own Global kitchen knives. Look them up and you'll see why I have this sharpening stone.
6) As far as thinking he might cap my a$$... well the thought has crossed my mind. Actually, I'm more scared he might do something to my car instead. Time to come into work a bit earlier and park in a parkinglot a bit further away for now. Wouldn't do to have my car turn up as scratched as his watch because he was still harboring a grudge.
