I've been searching Google for a few days and can't really find what I want. Not sure if it's possible or Access isn't the right platform.
We have these cards at work. Let's call them activity cards. They have basic info like date, time, weather, name, etc. Then there is other info like check boxes, two to three lines on comments, then a supervisor section.
I'd like the form to be the same visually on a computer as the hard copy. I was thinking using a fillable PDF, I already have the forms scanned, but then I'm not sure how to store the data. The past data needs to be accessible by management and the ability to search and run reports based on the data would be a plus but isn't necessary.
Can this be done in access? What should I search for to find a tutorial? I'm struggling.
