Q: Would you spend 23 years in jail for 6.4 Million US Dollars?

Nope. That's 23 years of my life completely ruined and taken away, and it will probably take that long to catch up and become normal due to the post traumatic stress and other issues. Probably feel the same way as soldiers that return from war and seen serious shit. Some are just not the same and have lot of trouble coping even if it's over. I rather be poor than go to jail for any amount of money.

If I spent 23 years in jail, and got $6.4MM, I'd take it and fix it.

It would depend on where the jail was and how old I was going in. Would I do it at 70 and stay in a North Korean prison? Probably not. But If I was 20 something and staying in some fairly nice federal digs, then yea, maybe.

And that is a year of rape and assault. I have the money I need, so basically it would be trading a year of horror just to buy better toys when I am out--wouldn't be worth it.

That said I am ALPHA so it is probable I would assert my dominance early on and live the easy life.
