Auto voltages aren't a good thing, as a number of them actually heavily overvolt.
If you'd only been running vcore & vdimm manually before, you were actually running a bunch of the others much higher than you think.

Auto doesn't mean lowest voltages; in your case, it meant you'd been running significantly increased voltages (some way too high) pretty much across the board.
You just didn't know it.
