QAM Over IP

Hello, below are a few thoughts.
Does anyone know if what is below is being done? Has been tried?

QAM Over IP-- Multiple ip connections at the same time to a web page/server/other.

Each IP address sending a bit that represents more data.

Example---
video 1gb split and held on senders end.
2 ip QAM
ip1-send 0=10, send 1=11
ip2-send 0=01, send 1=00

Using multiple IP addresses for a QAM setup.

Another layer being a new internet structure/more layers.

IP Address=00-11+, Sub IP Address=00-11+, Packet00-11+, Sub Packet00-11+.

Other:
Packets structured in an internal manor to fit into a internal per packet stacked(QAM/other.

Packet 1 carrying 1mb of data all selected and structured to after a filter become 2mb+/- of data.
Packet 2 another portion/half of the data in packet 1 sorted/structured to output 2mb+/-.
And more.

QAM is a carrier - you can (and do) have ip over qam channels with cable modems (docsis) with compression and error correction, but you'd never use tcp/ip to compose a qam carrier to get tcp/ip back again.

This makes no sense whatsoever. The transport layer in an IP network already uses the ability of the transport media to represent multiple symbols, whenever possible, to the fullest extent possible by whatever modulation scheme used (ie: QAM, WDM, etc.) and the physical bandwidth (ie: so many MHz's) available.

QAM would be on layer 1, the physical transport medium (DOCSIS for cable and DSL use QAM carriers, ethernet uses PAM. Not sure on most fiber implementations).

IP is layer 3 and TCP is layer 2. They have nothing to do with the physical layer at all.

What you are saying is like saying "how about using a political speech for breakfast cereal".
