Why not just do a google search for quake 3 movies? I know I found a few sites dedicated to demos a while ago. But the firewall at work won't let me go open game related sites, so you'll have to search on your own unless someone suggests better.

Pimpjumps! You'll see demos of things done here that you didn't know could be done...it's like people "bending" the physics rules in the matrix.

Also do some searches on google for recorded tournments like QuakeCon and CPL.

If you can find the match between Fatality and Zero4 that would be a good one to see. Fatality pops this dude in the feet...and while the guy is still flying through the air from the blast he hit's him dead on again with the next loaded rocket and gibs him out of midair.

The demos included with Quake3 are the standard benchmark, on most, if not all, hardware sites.
The only addition to them that its sometimes used is the NV15 demo (i think thats what its called)
Of course, if your not benchmarking, then ignore me!!! lol

Pimpjumps had a competition a long time ago. The winning entry was a guy doing a jump demo on dm15 out in the area where the RA and BFG are at. Man that is some impressive stuff. He does a four weapon jump as a finale.. It has a grenade jump, followed by a rocket jump, then bfg jump and finally a small plasma climb to finish...airborne the whole time. Nuts I tell ya!

Hmmn, most of the demos there are dm48 format, while I have Q3A 1.31 that accepts only dm67 and dm68 demos. Is there anyway to view them?

No, you have to downgrade your copy of Quake III if you want to view them. The server code has changed too much between versions, hence the demos break.

I buddy of mine found some util on the net that lets you run ANY version of demo with the latest patch. I've no idea where or what he found but I do know such a thing exists. Sorry I can't help more.
