Back in stock, but dwindling. Also used the 12% coupon link from another site, and added some paper clips (non-media item) to get $1 shipping. I also tacked on Arrested Development Season 3 for good measure. Good deal!Originally posted by: BadSweetums
Overstock is OOS, out of stock.
I had the exact same problem. Disk 4 was bad ... it could not copy the last file off the disk. I exchanged it and the replacement works perfectly.Originally posted by: apoppin

i passed on this before because i had a 9800 pro then. on x800 xt pe now so i should be able to run it decently. i hope BB will clearance the DVD version sometime soon (i hate clutter and "insert disk" efforts). don't want to wait too long for this price again.
i dig quake... shooting accuracy isn't affected by movent... just like in the real world

My 9700 Pro ran Doom 3 decently, actually. I upgraded to an X850XT, which definitely helps, however.

YMMV, but Target had this on clearance for $7.48 (75% off). I think it's the CD version, but still not too shabby.

thanks, i might check. for that price... i'll insert disks. then again, why risk getting that bad cd, as others have... waste of time.

ya, tell me about it... i can run farcry and call of duty 1&2 above the gpu poverty level. high res, high settings... changes the experience.
curious, you have pci-e or agp?
