No, Chromebooks are budget laptops. The premium ones barely sell. Qualcomm is shooting for the premium market.I have a serious question for Qualcomm.

Qualcomm may not gain much profit from selling in the sub-$1000 budget segment, but they will be able to significantly expand their marketshare and minds hare by doing so- two things they are lacking in the PC space.
