The last Que drive I recall was sold at Compusa and was actually the great Mitsumi 4804TE drive which was compatible with Nero and CloneCD and Blindread and several others.
My 2 punts worth - I have a SCSI Plextor with Burnproof and I still make a lot more coasters than I'd like. If you are doing lots of things at the same time, a hung up system can easily ruin your burn, though I have had several blue screens of death and my burner kept right on going. Usually it's doing dumb things like using WinAce and WinRar at the same time to UnAce and UnRar my downloads, while I am scnning newsgroupos for the lastest headers with max crunching, while I'm burning, while I'm deletig the files in my Recycle bin while I'm surfing AND I only a couple GB of room left on my hard drive. My 384MB memory can't keep up, it's goes to the stupid swap file and runs out of room and bam - coaster.
Burnproof is nice, especially since the non-burnproof units will probably sell for lots less on clearance specials because everyone wants burnproof now.
