quest. about going to vegas

did any peeps just go to vegas by yourself, can a good time be had for about 4 days of self travelling there, or is it better 'bunch of buddies' thing....

I spent a week there by myself recently. Days in the casinos, eves in Rain or Drei's. Had a great time.

duroc... 1 week? help me out if you dont mind... how much was hotel, where'd you stay... did u primarily gamble... or some other stuff.... i dont plan on gambling much though.. that's why i ask.

i went a few weeks ago, the excalibur is a great place to stay. i believe we paid $180 a night there, the room was normally $850 a night though :Q I think it's impossible not to have a good time there unless you get sick or something... even if you just walk up and down the strip and check out all the hotels its fun. but there's a ton of stuff to do, it'd take forever to do everything.

Sure, hell even when I go with 3 or 4 other guys i really don't see them that often anyway. Everyone heads to whatever game and specific table calls them. And we dont see eachother for hours.

You can have lots of fun depending on how much $$$ you have. If it runs out on the first day then you will have a terrible time.

I was thinking the same thing! Excalibur is ghett-o. You can get a suite at the Rio for $85.

hotels can be as cheap as 40 a night. As for the amount of fun, that is converse to the amount of money you have to spend.
