Question about death?

When someone dies, why is it not possible to bring them back like after ten minutes of no more oxygen to the brain?

Why can't they just fix whatever is wrong with them, and then like shock them back to life?

Will we be able to do this in the future?

How so?

Ok nerd, to put it in nerd speak, the brain is like a big DIMM , once you shut off the juice, it wipes out.

I believe it is possible although rare that people can be brought back up to 1/2 hour after death. Not a guaranteed, but possibility.

hmm, but what if the guy has a small brain, and the extra memory has to be written to a 'swap file' on the 'hard disk'? Can some of the memory be restored and read back into memory after rebooting?

I guess if the heart stopped pumping, probaly because the neurons is dead, I don't see how the heart is going to get a message to start pumping again. And even if it could, a lot of organ probaly die in a short time.

cause after 3min your brain cells rapidly start to die and once your brain dead its game over. Shock as much as you want after that but it wont help much.

supposily, The stem cells can be grown to virtually anything, but for specific brain cells, it would be very difficult

Has anybody seen that show on Disc or TLC about heart surgery in Russia? Instead of using a heart bypass machine they would just freeze your ass and then revive you when they where done. It was really cool .

That Russian surgery was cool. Aren't they doing that in Brazil or someplace in South America? I would personally be scared if they did that to me, a lot. :Q
