I recently sold a pc on ebay, it was about 3 months old and I never had a problem with it. The guy that has it now says that it kept crashing while playing games. So then he put a 7800gtx in and a new cooler for the cpu and he still says it crashes during game play. It nevered had crashed for me but he claims it does. In the policy of the ebay listing I put that I dont offer refunds or exchanges; so could I be liable for the pc crashing? Also I didnt sell it with an os. I'm just tryin to see if im getting set up for a fraud action here...its just like saying if someone bought a pc from me and got a virus on it the next day that its my fault... which I dont think it is. It was sold AS-IS and was tested and working before shipped. Now he says that he thinks its a software problem rather than hardware and if he cant get it to work he isgoing to go through paypal/ebay to get his money back...which kinda makes me nervous because I'm not going to refund him as said in the ebay listing. Also he said that video card suddenly stopped working after 2 days that he got it -_- (x850xt)..so I rmaed that and its currently on his way back to him...should I be suspicious?
