question about ebay

If you did not send with a DC#, he can just claim he never recieved the item and PayPal will automatically give him a refund and your PP account will have a nice big negative number when you log in.

Then when you refuse to add funds, you will get weekly emails, and eventually it is passed off to a collection agency who calls you and eventually it shows up on your credit report.

i shipped through paypal shipping center with USPS so it has a confirmed delivery with paypal and ebay. he says that the game will just close.

A couple things crossed my mind that made it simple to add you to my DNT list.

Q: Who sells something with no refunds or exchanges?
A: Someone who has something to hide.

Q: What kind of person doesn't pay his ebay fees after he's just cleared $1,300 by using their services?
A: A deadbeat shytbag.

Those two things point directly to your character. You lose.
The buyer may not be able to get his money back from you, but I'm quite certain at this point he deserves it.
My guess is that you were in a cash crunch, knew the machine was fvcked, and let it go knowing that. You figured you could claim stupidity and the buyer would eat what it takes to get the machine running right.
Now that the heat is on for being a weasel, you've decided to try to make yourself feel better by getting support using leading evidence.
You won't find it from me.
Give the man his money back. You've caused him enough grief already.

If it's just a single game crashing or closing, then maybe the game has a bug that needs patched. Or the vid card drivers updated, either way, you've done you're part and lived up to your side of the bargain.

EDIT: on the other hand, the fact that your ebay account has been banned because of being a non-paying bidder won't look good if they do an investigation (even though it has nothing to do with this particular transaction)

im not going to personally refund a person's money...but the pc parts are under warranty and he can get them replaced through newegg.com

i sold the pc about 2 months ago, the ebay fees were recent.

you obviously have the wrong impression of me.

I expected you to say something like that. Of course it's not your fault that you don't take care of customers and don't pay your biils.
Your feedback record shows that you also have a record of shipping DOA's so the buyer has to RMA.

the reason the guy got the motherboard DOA was because the AGP slot was broken dude to the video card having alot of pressure on the slot, but i helped him get it replaced quickly.

the guy that says the computer arrived in horrible shape: i had a coolermaster centurion 5 case it has a toolless system for the harddrives but the lock for the harddrive came undone and the harddrive fell out in the case knocking the sata connector off the motherboard, i couldnt refund him becuase it was sold AS-IS. and the motherboard didnt have a warranty.

i didnt pay for those last two items because i was selling my pc on ebay (which i recently sold on here) but it didnt sell. i thought it was going to sell so i bidded on items thinking i would have the money after i sold my pc but it never sold; so i couldnt pay for the items. you can see here where i tried to list it 2 times to get it sold but couldnt so i put my pc for sale on anandtech:
