question about installing OS's

I currently have WinME on a 60gig HD, I have it partitioned into C, D, and E.....C is where ME is installed, D is where I install all programs and downloads, and E has nothing on it. They are all fat32. Here is what I'm wanting to do, and how do I do it. I want to install W2k over Me, so that it will be on C:, now after I do that, can I install XP onto Drive E: and if so how do I go about doing that. And will I get a dual boot menu if I install XP Last? And when I install W2k, will my drives by NTFS?
