question about ordering online

So I ordered a shirt size L, that was on sale. Because it was a discounted price, they said all sales final with no returns or exchanges. However, they shipped me an XL, not the one I had picked. Even though they shipped the wrong size, is the sale considered final or do I have options such as credit card chargeback or some sort of other credit?

i emailed them and they gave me the whole "ALL SALES FINAL" line. i'm just looking if there are any general consumer protection laws or rules (such as when a retailer ships you an item that you did not order, but since it is there mistake, you can keep it for free).

Send them an email with a copy to yourself clearly showing what you paid for and stating what you got. If their answer is still #$% yourself start a CC dispute.
