Yes. You can refresh the page until it comes up, but be quick about it! I hope your connection with them is good. You do get to a point in the process where you can reserve your tickets and buy them. It lets you review them first before you buy them. If you don't like them, you can just go back and put the amount and everything again. It should bring up a new set of tickets depending on availability and the section you selected. I've gotten burned a couple of times doing that, so I'll usually just take the first one that comes up.
