Question about Settings on Motherboard

I am getting a abit KT7-Raid board, now I understand that it uses a softmenu to set the settings of the multiplyer and voltage etc. Now when you first boot up (first time) what happens, will the pc continue to boot if you dont press the del key? Will the motherboard know that the settings have not been set and go directly to the softmenu?

What are the default settings that the board will use on first ever start?

Going from Memory here I think when you first boot up it gives you a message to go and enter Soft Menu III.

From there you can set your cpu speed and voltage according to your cpu specifications.
