question about tire warranty

I have the following tires. Potenza RE960AS Pole Position 235/45 17s. Had them for about 2 years. Two of them are extremely worn. I know they are supposed to be good tires but they wore down really fast.

They wore down quicker than the crappy tires I had before. I'm assuming that it was how I drove? Although I've driven pretty conservatively in my mind...compared to when I had the other set of tires which lasted longer.

So anyways...I'm assuming that I can't get a warranty fulfilled on them? Anyone know what I might be able to do?

How many miles do you have on them? Have you been rotating your tires? 2 years, say 15k a year, you're at 30k. If you don't rotate, that seems like it. From the sound of it, you don't see to be the type of owner that cares of them.

They're grippy (softer) tires, so they don't last as long as the cheap economy (hard) ones.

You didn't rotate your tires, that's why only two of them are worn. You should be rotating every 5K miles. Also those tires are going to wear a lot quicker due to their treadwear rating.

Those tires are ultra high performance all-season tires and are known/should be expected to wear out faster than regular tires.

Sam's Club seems to have a policy on replacements if they wear out too soon I think Sam's Club

Not too sure where you bought them though.
