Question about ZZF's RMA service

I ordered a motherboard from ZipZoomFly and it came DOA. What I want to do is to return it and buy another so I don't have to wait as long. If I do that, are they going to charge me a restocking fee or anyhting? Or does that only apply to items that are still good?

Maybe ask the ZZF customer service person instead of posting it on ATOT?

Thanks for the worthless reply. I am posting here because their customer service is not available on weekends...
