Does anything out there beat a thai iced tea or mango lassi?
Big glass of tobasco sauce.
Milk helps a bit, that is what I use. Anything alcoholic helps cut the oil too, but not as good as milk diluting it.I don't usually drink anything with dinner, regardless of how hot I make the food, and I make some blazing curries. If you're trying to cut the heat most liquids don't help much, since the effective ingredient is an oily substance.
