Question for the Evil Genius

I recently moved to a new neighbourhood, where I frequently find myself waiting at a red light next to a loud, thumping, music blaring car. Recently one dude also increased the music volume after seeing me getting annoyed at his bone-jarring music. I want to find a way to respond in kind. I was wondering if there is a way to build a small transmitter to deactivate his audio momentarily. Normally if it is a radio, I can build a white noise generator and couple it up with an rf amplifier to make the other person's radio "noisy". But how do I do this if he is listening to a CD? Any ideas? Look at the ned of the day I just want to have a little fun, nothing serious.

build an EMP bomb? But really, I don't know of any easy way to mess with a closed system like that. Not sure if it would be possible with a reasonable budget.

Cell phones can mess with speakers when they are really close to them.

I'm sure theres some sort of high band frequency you can emit that will mess with it.

Well I mean obviously you can induce currents on the wires with high enough magnetic flux, I'm just not sure you could do it from that distance without an unreasonable power usage.

I've seen a demo of one of their products, and it really has a lot of potential. Imagine hanging out at Starbucks and making the other people think that the wall is talking to them. ;-)

Hook up a fast laptop to your car stereo, and get a program which can do real-time phase inversion. I have seen VST plugins which can do that. Hook up a microphone, point it at the scoundrel, and turn up the volume. This will seriously reduce the volume of his rig.

I know that the Push-To-Talk phones really mess with car speakers first hand.
