This is a twist you are putting on. He wasn't suggesting judges cannot be Mexican, he was suggesting that a Mexican judge trying a deportation case could be an problem. While I don't agree with Trump, we all have and use this mentality. We all agree that generally speaking, a black man on trial probably has worse odds with an all white jury, right? It isn't hard to extend this mentality to the judge. I don't think that is racism, just Trump being wrong about a judge still being able to follow procedures that are set.
