I use to have 1 burner that being dvd and it was hard to live with, I can't verify disc and burn them at the same time, I couldn't watch dvd movies and burn them at the same time.
I'm planning on adding another dvdrom if necessary, imagine 3 disc all read in 10min instead of 30min. Cool.
hd isn't the bottleneck, its cd,dvd-rom slow as a turtle good for backup and storage only.
I no longer find cdrom/cdburner very useful, althought cdburner/dvdrom combo is better still because of dvd's higher capacity that of which is 7 times. so what use is it if a dvdrom cannot read dvd's.
For those who are wondering why more then 1 dvdrom is neccessary, it is for peeps who have backed up a lot of stuff, and wants to reduce their time at restoring them back into the hd for convenients.
