for all you people who have tivo how do you like it? is it really useful? what are the better brands? how many hours is really neccessary? and does it work with direct tv? pls let me know =) thanks!
What mango says. . Just get a capture card for your PC and hook up a VCR. Run your cable to it and record. The capture card and vcr cost about half of what TIVO costs and no monthly fees. Just my opinion of course.
