Hi, was wondering if anyone could help explain the answer to this question better for me.
Given IEEE 32-bit floating point: 0 11111000 10101011000000000000000
Convert to Base 10 in scientific notation.
Hmm.. don't think that's it..
should be something on the lines of..
1.10101011 x 2^121 (base 2) = ...?
I'm not too sure how to convert that big number to scientific notation in base 10.
