Sluggo summed up what I was going to say. If you care that much about looks/body type then you're a d1ck

I think what most people are saying is right on the money.
If she's in shape, she's by no means slim, but she'll probably be thick. If she's not in shape, she'll probably be... plump. Being a volleyball player doesn't always mean she'll be in great shape though. Without getting flamed too much for saying this, I was watching espn late night a few months ago, and they were showing women's college softball. I'm sure those girls are athletic... but some were not in shape.

Slim doesn't have to = super skinny.

Storm, yes, I have a fast metabolism. I'm scared it's slowing down a bit and would if I overwhelm it with junk foods.
"is Demi Moore chubby?"
Very good question, Jfur. Demi Moore gains and loses weight often, though. So, it would depend on what period you're referring to. However, just about 3 weeks ago, I saw an article on Demi Moore in a magazine at the store. I always admired her confidence and toughness. The magazine described her as still beautiful and having a slim sexy body. I opened the magazines to look at pictures of her. And truly, she was still beautiful. But frankly, her shape was not the best shape. For a mother, it's fine, though. I would have to describe her as between slender and plump. I wouldn't say that she's slender. And I wouldn't say that she's plump. Hers tends to lean toward muscle, though; so it's decent on her. I still admire her and think that she looks good.

Nice of you to decide what the acceptable body standard for mothers is, we're really relived you've taken this task over for us..

I'm 6' 1" 135 Lbs and female, and play volleyball too. I also have a sibling who's 140 Lbs but way taller than 5' 6". Hence, I can fairly speak for that weight. Unless this lady you're asking about is muscular, she's fleshy for that weight. She isn't fat, but she isn't skinny either. She's in between slender and plump.
Um
You are leaving out bone structure. The pictures of "you" show someone with a very small bone frame. There are people with larger bone structures.
Bone weighs something, too!
(Measure your wrist bone and ankle bone to find out your general frame size. I have a medium to large frame and am a mesomorph.)

A 5'6" woman with a large framed body might look perfect at 140.
Not all of us can be 6'1" and 135 pounds. Not that any of us would want to be though!

Jeeeeeeezuuuuuuuuus! Can't I just have an opinion and express it without being devoured about it? Must I always put a disclaimer on the obvious saying that I'm not omniscient and do not claim to have the divine truth? That was simply my opinion. Some people have bigger bones and are fine for that. I won't criticise people with big bonesand hardly much flesh. All I have is bones (with exception to my behind and curves), you can feel them, so I wouldn't want to criticise someone who's boned but more density without much flesh. There are different forms of beauty, and I've not said that one must be skinny/thin boned in order to look beautiful. As I said, Demi Moore is very beautiful. And I mentioned the mother thing because a single person, never had kids, looking like that would have issues if they later had kids. A mother looking that way is rather beautiful, considering that she carried other lives in there and could still maintain that shape. Who knows what I'll look like when and if I have kids? I don't know. And frankly, the thought of it freaks me out. All I know is, if I get unacceptably bigger, I'll be hitting the gym fast, and my hubby must visit it with me. I want to look good all the time. It's simply my opinion, which I'm entitled to. No higher authority or validity.
