I'm in the process of building a new PC. The case had no instructions and the Motherboard instructions didn't address this. There were some red fiber washers in the case hardware pack. Do these go on the screws that hold the motherboard to the studs?? Or do the screwheads need to touch the holes for grounding?? Help.
