I was debating whether or not to stick this in the networking sections, but since it has more to do with accessing files in different OSes than setting up the network itself (which I've already started, and it works), I decided to put it here. It's probably a dumb one, but I'll ask anyway: If I hook my brother's '98 machine into the network, will it be able to see and access shared files on my other systems, all of which use NTFS? or do I need to set aside a FAT32 partition on one of the drives for this purpose? I've dug through the FAQs and searched the forums, but found nothing; but then maybe I've missed something.
