<< Still waiting on my order to be shipped! I ordered it on January 16th, and it is still in the "Manifest Pickup" status on UPS website. I contacted UPS and they said "Customer Manifest Received or Shipment Data Received scans indicate the shipper transmitted their shipping record electronically to UPS. This does not necessarily indicate the date the parcel was physically picked up by UPS from the shipper's location. To verify your parcel was shipped as scheduled, please contact your shipper."
I have sent at least 2 emails to 9software and they still haven't responded. Has anyone else had this problem? You might think twice before ordering from them in the future. >>
My father is the UPS contractor here in Nome and I can guaruntee you it was picked up. UPS runs a extrememly sloppy opperation and loses packages on a regular basis. We are both very disgusted on how they operate and because of that alot of packages get lost. If a pick-up manifest was issued, it was indeed picked up. I would recommend you start contacting UPS more often.
