I'd been in the same boat several years ago ...... Try to find a case that could humble HDD's acoustics and vibration .......
I finally chose Antec P182 as the side panel's 3-layer can absorb some parts of noise, and its white soft grommet can reduce HDD's vibration to some degree. Pair it with 2 WD Green and 1 SSD, I now rest in the silence heaven. As you've already invested in 800D, just suspend 1 SSD and 1 or 2 HDDs using homebrew elastic suspension in your case. After all, it's very difficult to decouple 6 HDDs vibration despite 5400RPM nature......Trust me, it's almost impossible to absorb 6 HDDs suspension by modern case's grommet (P182 is legend, not modern ....)
Were I you, I'd buy a normal tower case like Antec 300(just to illustrate) etc. And install 6 HDDs in the 5.25 bays using homebrew suspension. Last, put the case in another room or basement and connect to them through Gbit ethernet. DONE.
