Quietest 120mm case fan?

I am looking for a quietest 120mm case fan that there is. This Vantec Stealth looks nice. 28dbA which is pretty quiet. Are there any other quiet fans?

I'm assuming running a fan at 7 volts would also help reduce noise, however, at lower voltage will I get significant cfm loss?

Panaflo fans are generally the most well known quiet fans out there. I agree with this but they aren't exactly cheap and can sometimes be difficult to find.

I must prefer Vantec's over Panaflo's. They perform better and have rpm monitoring. Panaflo's are over priced for moving not too much air with no monitoring.

I like these Papst fans. They're expensive, but they're very quiet when run at 5v, and they still move quite a bit of air. I run two of them in a modded Chenbro Junior.

I agree. Papst are great fans also. It never occured to me to recommend them as you already mentioned Vantec's. Any of the three will work, but my vote still goes of the Stealth fans.

Yes, you'll get about a 42% airflow loss by 7 volting your fan.
Actually, I just got a CompUSA packaged 120x25mm fan for someone else's computer. It's actually manufactured by Evercool, model ec12025m12ba, and was only 12 bucks.
I couldn't find the model number, even on Evercool's site, but it's 2000 rpm, 80 cfm, and less than 30dB.
