You obviously didn't read the article linked by UNCjigga about Russian women coming to the US to have anchor babies. It isn't a new thing.
And the Trump Properties they are renting for said babies are not rented by Trump but are sublets through rental companies. It is also popular for poorer Russians to do the same at cheaper rentals owned by everyday people.
