rabbit chewed through my wires

I bought a really nice controller (joystick) for my dreamcast and my durn rabbit ate through the wires..

anyone know how i can get this repaired? local electrician?

my family for some reason likes to let the rabbit run around the house...so now a lot of my crap is chewed up...couple books, ps2 controllers and wires, speaker wires. What a PITA!

Can't you just twist them together and tape them up with electrical tape? That might work.

I was about to say the EXACT same thing when I read the title.

I don't think i'm able to twist them together because there are big breaks in the wire, .5" gaps or more

You will have to cut the wire and splice it.

Why do people let rodents run around thier house?

there is some kind of stuff you can spray on the wires that makes them smell/taste really bad, and it breaks animals from doing it, i forgot what it was called though.

It's called Bitter Apple.

And paulee, you can have an electrician look at the jotstick and give you a repair estimate. You might just need to but a new one.
