Racing set for gaming

Hello, I am looking for racing set (seat+wheel+TV) mainly for playing Forza on PC/X1. The set will be used for fun by a number of users but will need to provide a great experience. I also need it be available for international shipping. Do you guys have any recommendations?

I have looked at some seats but there not enough reviews and quite mixed when there are any. And I think Thrustmaster provide a good wheel set with the TX servo base; however, I do not know if that will be a suitable set.
